A completed Booking Form plus
a deposit of £30.00 per person is required.
Once Activate C.Y.C. has confirmed the booking
in writing the non-refundable, non-transferable
deposit will form the first instalment. |

Cancellation of a booking must
be in writing and when any such cancellation is
received, the deposit is forfeited to Activate
C.Y.C. |

Full Payment is due by 1st
June 2012.
Cancellation after full payment will result in
a loss of deposit, and a percentage loss as follows:
6 weeks – 75%
5 weeks – 80%
4 weeks – 85%
3 weeks – 90%
2 weeks – 100% |

If full payment is not received by the due date, your place cannot be guaranteed. If balances are received after the 1st June 2012 there will be a surcharge of £10.00 making the cost £179 per camper & per party leader for the Children’s Camps.

Activate C.Y.C. shall not be liable for personal injury, damage or loss including consequential loss to any camper however caused. |

Activate C.Y.C. shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal baggage or belongings. |

The Activate C.Y.C. Leadership reserves the right to send home any person (after consultation with accompanying Party Leader) whose behaviour is deemed to deliberately contravene camp rules, or causes damage to property other than their own. |

It is the responsibility of the Party Leader to be aware of the current medical condition of campers under their supervision and to be ready to administer any medical attention required. |

All camp bookings must be made under the auspices of the Party Leader. |
| 10 |
Where groups of campers are
mixed the Party Leaders should incorporate both
sexes. |
